Woman in Red
By: the iHope Poet

Woman in red,
The beauty of lost hope.
What is your name and who have you told?

Black jewel in crimson,
For whom do you mourn?
What have those weary eyes seen before?

Mother of tears,
Child of pain, born of fresh sorrow;
Go, find home again.

Women in red,
You weep for the dead, now let go of your sorrows
And find home again.
