In the distance

I Rise

Today I'm not myself

I'm scared that I might fall

You think you know my heart

You've broken down the wall

I think I might just die

But still, I'll stay and fight

And when you see me run, 

That's when you'll know, I'll rise

Today, I've changed myself

I've torn through all the lies

You thought you knew my heart

Yet I am new, I rise
